To: TMO - Mr Goo CK,
Dear Mr Goo,
Perhaps letting the pumps all go silent is not good for the retention lake and its ecology. I believe some of the pumps have been taken out by your contractors for repair, but I am surprise to find all the pump from one end of the lake to another were silent and not functioning.
The following pictures will testify.
