BBRAeNEWS No.207 - Blanks Sign-boards.

Dear Residents,

Blank Wooden Signs of No Meanings.

Most of the wooden signs boards in the entire botanic garden put up by the Developer within the estate are completely blank - lettering has worn off, due to wear and tear long time ago. It seems puzzling that these are being ignored by the Developers TMO. One thing I can tell you is that TMO is unknowingly and unobtrusively inviting ruthless Graffiti writers to try their skills on these blank signs sooner or later just as they have done on the walled partitions (see picture). Wouldn’t it be sad then? Don’t you think the adage that “prevent is better then cure” works in this case before damage is being done? One may ask where are the ‘after sales services’ from the developers?

I do not know whether the Sign Boards on the perimeter of the Lake are still under the jurisdiction of the TMO or MPK. However, I do sincerely hope that TMO should undertake to re-do the writings on the wooden boards as they have the technology and the words are in english. They should also have the proof copy of what was written on records originally.

Typical Malaysian syndrome .. nice in the beginning but no maintenance or we have the ugly Malaysians who derive thrill from destroying things. Look at how most residents keep their house frontage clean and smart but do take at a look at the back lane behind their houses and you will see their true self.
