Kiara Garden area Lights not functioning.-Andrew Sum

Dear Mr Goo CK,We have received complaints from some residents of Kiara Precint that the entire Kiara area garden lights were not working since the botanic power trip on Chap Goh Meh. The residents shall be most grateful if you can you get your technicians and workers to install back the garden lightings there as without garden lightings the followings would result:
a) Outside lovers moonlighting there in the dark at night and are a nuisance.
b) Residents are in danger of snatch-thieves who hide in the dark.
c) Residents cannot see in the morning when picking up rubbish for fear of touching red ants or snakes.
d) Tai Chi practitioners and early morning walkers cannot see in the dark when walking from their houses, via the walkway path, in other precinct to the Tai Chi Area.
