The new dual carriage road in front of Pase 2, 4 & 6 is about to be completed and immediately you can see land grabbers fencing up the vacant land underneath the electricity towers. Despite WARNING SIGN placed by Tenaga Nasional Berhad of the dangers involved, these fenced up vacant land will definitely see business activities. Well, if the Authorities are prepared to turn a blind eye towards such activities in an endangered area, what can ordinary residents do. Just wait till an accident involving the upsurge of electricity current, etc....

Hey, as residents in Bandar Botanic using the new dual carriage road, we should be concern on the access into these "prohibited area". We should be concern that the land grabbers using the land for commercial purpose will attract a lot of "customers" parking their cars by the side of the dual carriage road, as can be seen yesterday and today where the "towkays" parked their Mercedes in such manner and the dumpers and machinery working by the side of the new dual carriage road. We can see the illegal access from the new dual carriage for lorries to enter into the land for parking. We can see part of the land being cultivated for farming.

Would appreciate if any residents reading this mail, could forward to Tenaga Nasional Berhad to lodge this report. We should have this in writing so that in an event, an unfortunate accident was to happen, the Authorities will not be able to say they were not aware.

Dear Residents,

Some people are reclaiming the land to plant fruits trees for commercial purpose (dragon fruits), some are using it to built up their own Plants Nursery, some are using the land for putting their company trucks....What is your opinion on these illegal settlers? Do you like it? Are you in favour of them using the idle land? Or are you against them 'raping the land' ?
