The Bandar Botanic-Bukit Tinggi Dual Highway.
Dear Residents of Bandar Botanic,
Recently the Gamuda’s Contractors had constructed the dual twin highway between Bukit Tinggi and Bandar Botanic. The construction of the dual road is actually long overdue. Instead of a double-lane, they have at certain stretch constructed a triple lane. However, the U-turns are noticeably quite far apart. A lot of motorists are making unauthorized turns at 'U-turns' which they should not do. Certain stretch of the roads from the Condominiums-Flats to Angsana-to Jenaris are without Street Lights, and motorists have to drive with High-lights on at night. During constructions, the constructors had placed loose-weak wooden plyboards as temporary signs of “No Entry”, ‘No U-Turns”, excessive tapings. Shouldn’t the Contractors placed proper metal sign-boards?
1)What is your opinion on this new dual roads? 2)Are they safe?
3)Are the U-turns rightly or wrongly placed or located?
4)Are there any benefits to the residents?
5)Should there be any direct new link-cut into Kiara Phase and Angsana Phase to
make it easy for the residents, instead of forcing them to make one big round?
6)Should Gamuda consulted the residents before they embark on building the highways?

very good observation,I think much can be done like putting some barrier to hinder the motorist from unlawfull U-turn and i have seen motorist doing U-turn instead of using the roundabout too, vehicles exiting from Jaya Jusco using the short cut.
