Yes, Bandar Botanic has its beautiful side but also the ugly side as well - the indiscriminate parking by house owners. A 2-way lane becomes a single lane because the car bonnets protruding onto the road. Some claimed the park this way because of lack of parking space. Well, why not park your car or cars inside your house!

I am constantly using E-aduan to communicate with MPK to solve the landscape and cleanliness issue at mostly Phase 2, 3, 5. Hope other members of the community can do so as well. However, sometimes they don't take action. The dustbin issue is a problem as they are not constantly cleaned. But my complain about the weed in the lake seems to work as it was being removed now.
Replanting is another matter to bring up. Look at the Tai Chi garden and orchid garden, most plants are dried or dead after 6 years. Some bushes at Phase 3 and 5also has similar fate.

BBotanic has another freebie to offer. Yes....Some residents can stoop so low as to invite their friends to come and park their cars along the residential roads around their house and dissapear..WHY? Because these cheepskates dont have to pay for parking and security is provided free by the homeguard services which is being paid for by other residents. Just drive along Cassia 7 you'll see a Volvo which has been parked there for the last 1 month.
